Your First Visit to Hoffman Dental Your first dental visit will consist of a thorough review of your dental and health information and a comprehensive dental and oral examination.Necessary radiographs (x-rays) and photographs will be taken. Existing teeth, along with previous restorations will be charted. Examination of periodontal health along with evaluating individual teeth for cracks, decay, and missing and/or broken fillings will be performed. Dr. Anthony Hoffman will also take time to discuss any concerns you may have. This information gathered will allow Dr. Hoffman to prepare a comprehensive treatment plan with the best options for dental cleanings and any necessary restorative care.
