Kim

Patient Care Coordinator

Kim joined the Hoffman Dental Team in 2025 as our Patient Care Coordinator. Kim starting working in the dental field in 2013 after graduating from Concorde College. She worked for many years as a dental assistant and gained a wide range of dental knowledge. What she enjoys the most about working in the front office is getting to greet patients when they first come in - she has a warm and inviting energy that is felt by each patient who comes through our door. In Kim's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben. Together they enjoy exploring the beautiful PNW, going to renaissance fairs, and trying new things... spontaneously! Like skydiving! When Kim isn't outdoors, she enjoys cuddling up with a good book and snuggling her two cats, Momo and Appa.

Hope

Financial Coordinator

Hope joined the Hoffman Dental team in 2023 as our Financial Coordinator. She brings a warm and friendly presence to our office. Hope began her career in dental management in 2020 and has developed strong skills in insurance coordination and patient support. Her experience and attentive nature make her a valuable resource for both our patients and staff. Outside of work, Hope enjoys traveling, catching as many concerts as she can, and spending time at home and in the garden with her husband and their lovable dog and cat sidekicks. In the spring and summer, you may spot some of her homegrown flowers brightening up the office.

Cara

Dental Hygienist

Cara started off her career in the dental field as a Dental Assistant in 2009. She went on to receive her degree in Dental Hygiene through Pacific University in 2017, and joined Hoffman Dental that same year! She is an outstanding hygienist, and loves providing patients with quality care. Cara loves spending time with her husband, Drew and their two doodles: Piper and Sully. They enjoy golfing together and have taken up a love for wine tasting. She has a goal in life to one day visit every National Park.

Hannah

Dental Hygienist

Hannah received her degree in Dental Hygiene studies from Pacific University in Hillsboro Oregon in 2018. Growing up locally, she has always had a passion for giving back to her community members and loves all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. As a hygienist, she strives to always have her patients be a participant in their dental care, rather than simply a recipient of it. With this in mind, Hannah has always appreciated having the opportunity to educate her patients and helping them learn how best to care for their teeth and gums. Aside from patient care, Hannah also is a clinical instructor working with hygiene students at Pacific University. Outside of work, Hannah and her husband, Garrett enjoy kayaking, camping, attending local concerts, as well as spending all their free time with their golden retriever, Leia.

Susan

Dental Hygienist

Susan received her degree in Dental Hygiene from Lane Community College in 1987 and has been with Hoffman Dental since 1989! Susan will always greet you with a smile, and treat you like family. She is a native Oregonian who loves traveling the world and discovering new places and cultures. When Susan isn’t traveling, she loves to spend time with her husband, Dr. Hoffman, and their adult children in Sunriver, Oregon.

Tiffany

Certified Dental Assistant

Tiffany received her degree in dental assisting from Portland Community College in 1990 and joined the Hoffman Dental team that very same year! Tiffany is a vital part of our practice. She is a remarkable dental assistant, as well as a friendly face to our patients. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her son, Tyson and their two dogs: Georgie Rae and Luna. She loves interior design and the joy of traveling on cruises to The Mexican Rivera. One thing she is very passionate about is her love of draft horses. She also follows rescue groups that save animals from their misfortune. As retirement gets closer Tiffany wants to contribute her time to her favorite animal sanctuary the Asher House and help them with their mission of rescue.

Riley

Dental Assistant

Riley knew going into college that she had a passion for the dental field and graduated from Portland Community College in 2021. A few months later, Riley joined our office in 2022. She has a calm and friendly demeanor and enjoys working alongside our two doctors. She loves getting to know our patients and being apart of their positive experience at the dentist. Riley grew up in Cornelius, raising chickens with her family. Riley has an excitement for crafting, and has no limits on projects she wants to take on with creativity! She also loves snuggling up with her dog, Boo and watching reality T.V.

Jen

Dental Assistant

Jen grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Central Community College in 2019. She joined Hoffman Dental in 2023, shortly after moving to Oregon. She has always had a passion for dentistry and is working towards going to dental school in the future. As an assistant, she appreciates the collaborative aspects of dentistry and providing quality care to her patients. Outside of work, Jen enjoys attending concerts, traveling, as well as spending summers out on the water. When she is not outdoors, she also enjoys collecting houseplants and spending time with her friends, family, and little dog, Jax.
