Patient Information AppointmentsOur office is open Monday through Thursday from 7AM until 5PM, we are also open one Friday per month from 7AM to 4:30PM Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call us at (503) 648-7700 in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We will make every effort to be on time for your appointment, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. We do ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, so that someone else may use your time. A message service and an after hours phone number will always be available when the office is closed. PaymentCredit or Debit Cards: For your convenience, our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Payment Plans: Extended payments are available upon approved credit Dental Insurance: Our office accepts most insurance plans. We will happily help you determine the coverage you have available. Dental EmergenciesIf you experience a dental emergency, please do not hesitate to call our office at (503) 648-7700 and inform us so that we can plan for your immediate treatment. |
